Submitted by Earthlingorgeous on Wed, 11/25/2009 - 00:06All four of us have three goals in mind when we joined the 14-days to show off our shape challenge:
- lose weight!
- win the ultimate wardrobe!
- win back our self-esteem and confidence and paint the town red with our new wardrobe!
3 out of the 4 members of our team, namely me (Earth) Wena and Belle are mothers of a handful of toddlers. The challenge of getting back to shape since giving birth is the hardest and there was a time we slacked off and didn't mind about our look and whatever we eat.
Food is the best and fastest comfort we get for all the hustle and bustle of the day minding our kids.
But thanks to this Nestle Fitnesse challenge we are again motivated to look our best and eat the right stuff!
