Diet Diary Day 1-6
Submitted by yasminsmom on Fri, 11/20/2009 - 09:21To keep track of my food intake, I am keeping a diet diary both on a small notebook and on my personal blog (http://wengzaballa.blogspot.com).
Today's the 6th day of the 14-day challenge. For breakfast, I ate 1/2 cup of Nestle Fitnesse Whole Grain (Orginal Flavor) with 1/2 cup Low Fat Milk, coffee and fruits.
Here's my usual menu
Breakfast: ½ cup Nestle Fitness Original with
½ cup Low Fat Milk
1 fruit
coffee
AM Snack: Fruit or crackers
